Big carrier for my huge cat

I have a very large, over 25 pounds cat and I have been looking for a carrier that was big enough for him. This carrier fit the bill. It's a little bit taller than I expected (I was focused more on the width & depth measurements), so it is a nice size. It seems too big for airline travel, but it worked well for taking my kitty to the vet - he could move around comfortably and wasn't smushed up like the standard sized carrier I used to get him home from the pound. I really like that it is on wheels or can be comfortably used as a backback, but it seems too big and bulky to use the shoulder strap. It could use soem more padding on the bottom (I folded up an old towel, and I didn't try the leash tether.

A better size than the Traveler

I have a 8.8# Boston that did not fit into the Traveler. I returned the Traveler and order the Traveler Plus. There is plenty of room for her to sit up or to lie down. I think this size should be able to accomodate a 15# dog. I'm still not convinced it would fit a 20#. The carrier seems to be sturdy-well made. Not much room in the outside pockets for storage. I wish there was more padding on the straps and back for using as a backpack.

I have 2 cats, sisters, who have to go everywhere together. They weigh about 25 pounds total and it was very hard to carry them in a regular carrier.
This has room for both of them and with the wheels, I don't have to pick it up and carry it, except to get them in and out of the car, which saves my back!!
I haven't tried it as a backpack, but I love the wheels to roll them around. I would recommend this carrier to everyone!!
