Excellent Dog Door

This is the only dog door I have ever owned or installed so I can't compare it to other manufacturers but I love this door. the installation was fairly straight forward through a wall in my house. I used the additional wall kit making it even easier.

There are two flaps that always stay shut with a magnet/metal contact system on the bottom of the flap and top of the lip. I have had mine for almost 3 years and they still work just as well as the day I installed it. The flaps are also very easy to take off (just three screws) so you can keep them clean and see through.

The hard locking panels are also very nice to be able to close the door off for vacations, or to keep your pet out or in.

All of the plastic is high grade and has not shown any wear at all other than a yellowing on the outdoor section. I believe you can also paint over it which would make it look even better if it was the same color as my house.

You won't be disappointed with this door and make sure you get a two flap door even if you don't buy this one to keep the cool/hot air out of your house and have zero draft.
